2. About TSLPRB Police Notification 2023 Exam
TSLPRB announces the updates of vacancies of Sub Inspector and Constable and Exam pattern through 2023 Notification. The exam is conducted in Preliminary Written Test (PWT)
Physical Measurements Test (PMT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), and Final Written Examination (FWE). The exam will be conducted in Telugu/Urdu language for all the questions except the English paper.
2.1 Preliminary Written Test
The prelims exam is the first stage of the exam and It consists of two papers, each with 100 marks. The objective-type questions have a 1/4 negative marking for incorrect answers. For OCs, BCs, and SC/ST/ESMs, the required qualifying values are 40%, 35%, and 30%, respectively, and the duration of the exam for three hours.

2.3 Physical Measurements test
Candidates who are qualified in the above exams will go through the Physical Measurements test and the following are the eligibility criteria.
Men Candidates: For males, the minimum height requirement is 162 centimeters
women candidates: a woman’s height cannot be less than 152.5 centimeters.
(ii) As long as the applicants from Scheduled Tribes and Aboriginal Tribes in the Agency’s Adilabad, Komaram Bheem-Asifabad, Mancherial, Nagarkurnool, Khammam, Bhadradri-Kothagudem, Mulugu, Mahabubabad, and Warangal Districts satisfy the qualifications listed below:
Men Candidates: The minimum height requirement is 160 centimeters.
Women candidates: The Minimum height must be at least 150 centimeters.
2.4 Final written exam

8. TS Police Recruitment Selection Procedure
Police recruitment selection process contains several stages which are mentioned below,
- Preliminary written exam: It contains 200 questions for 200 marks for the 3 hours duration. It also contains negative markings of 1/4th for each wrong answer.
- Physical efficiency test (PET): A candidate must finish the race within the allotted time frame.
- Physical standard test (PST): It lists the average height and weight for both men and women. A candidate must fulfil the requirements to qualify for this test.
- Final written exam: It includes both men’s and women’s average height and weight. In order to be eligible for the test, an applicant must meet the conditions.
