1. SBI CBO 2023 Notification

SBI CBO 2023 notification was released on 21st November with 5280 vacancies. A candidate who wishes to join SBI Circle-based officer (CBO) can register online after reading the notification. Before applying for the SBI CBO, a candidate must see the eligibility criteria. Candidates should visit the SBI official website for the latest updates. The registration process is completed only when the fee is deposited through online mode and no other payment mode is allowed. The application fee must be paid before the last date of payment. The basic pay of SBI CBO is 36,000. The officers are eligible for HRA, DA, CCA, medical allowances, and others per the rules. 2. About SBI CBO 2023 Exam

SBI CBO 2023 exam pattern consists of three phases i.e. Computer based examination, Screening, and interview. 

2.1 Computer-based examination.

There are two sections: The objective test and the Descriptive test. There is no negative marking scheme in this exam.  The Exam pattern of the Objective test and Descriptive test is given below.

2.2  Screening test: Shortlisted candidates are called for screening tests. The eligibility and documents of the shortlisted candidates are screened by the Screening committee. A candidate who has the required experience and educational qualifications will be called for the interview.   

2.3 Interview: This is the final stage for SSC CBO. The interview consists of 50 marks. Candidates must carry a Caste and income certificate during the interview. The minimum qualifying marks are decided by the Bank.

6.1 Educational qualification

A candidate must hold a graduation degree or any recognized degree. If a candidate is having medical, engineering, or cost accounting qualifications can also apply for SBI CBO 2023.

6.2 Experience  

At least 2 years of experience as an officer in scheduled commercial banks and regional rural banks. 

6.3 Age limit

The age limit for SBI CBO should be 21 to 30 years. The upper age limit candidate can avail of age relaxation. The age relaxation is given to the eligible candidates only.

8. SBI CBO Selection Procedure

SBI CBO 2023 notification was released on 21st November. The candidate must register on the SBI official website. The selection process of SBI CBO  contains 3 stages which are mentioned below.

Stage 1: CBT  It contains two papers Objective paper and a descriptive paper. The objective paper contains 120 questions for 2 hours duration. The descriptive paper contains 2 questions for a 30-minute duration. There is no negative marking scheme in this exam. There will be no sectional cutoff mark only aggregate marks will be calculated. Biometric verification is done at every stage of the exam any inconsistencies will lead to disqualification. 

Stage 2: Screening test: All the documents uploaded by the candidate during the application process are examined by the screening committee. And the candidates who fill the requirements are called for the interview process.

Stage 3: The interview is conducted for 50 marks. The minimum qualifying marks are decided by the bank.
