8. IDBI Assistant Manager 2023 Selection Procedure
The selection process for IDBI Assistant Manager 2023 contains an Online Test, Document Verification, Personal Interview and Pre Recruitment Medical Test.
Stage 1: Online test
The online test consists of 200 questions for 2 hours. There will be a penalty for the wrong answer 0.25 marks are deducted. IDBI prepare the category-wise merit list according to the given formula.
Final score = 3/4 of the Online Test Score +1/4 of the Interview Score.
Stage 2: Document verification
