8. LIC ADO Selection Procedure
The selection process for LIC ADO 2023 consists of 4 stages which are mentioned below.
Stage 1: Preliminary examination is the first stage for shortlisting candidates for LIC ADO. The candidates are shortlisted on the basis of 20 times the number of vacancies based on the category of the candidates. No negative marking system is implemented. There are 100 questions for a 1-hour duration in the prelims exam.
Stage 2: Mains examination is conducted online. It is conducted for 160 marks for 2 hours duration. There is only a single phase exam for different category posts such as:-

Stage 3: The interview is conducted only for shortlisted candidates from the main exam. The total mark for the interview is 40.
