1. FCI Manager 2023 Notification
The FCI Manager 2023 notification will be released soon. Food Corporation of India is a public sector undertaking which ensures food security and standards. Food Corporation of India released the notification for managers in various departments like Manager (Civil Engineering/General/ Movement/ Accounts/ Electrical Mechanical Engineering/Depot Technical). Candidates can check their eligibility for applying for the FCI Manager post.
The candidates will be selected as a management trainee and will have to undergo training for 6 months. The 40,000/- stipend will be given during the training period. After successfully completing training, the Management trainee’s positions will be converted into Managerial positions. There will be no training period in the case of Managers (Hindi) they are directly appointed. Since the FCI Manager 2023, notification will be released soon. 2. About FCI Manager 2023 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern of the FCI Manager online test contains Phase I and Phase-II which are given below. The online exam may vary for different posts.
2.1 Online examination
- Phase I is common for all the post Managers (Civil Engineering/General/ Movement/ Accounts/ Electrical Mechanical Engineering/Depot Technical) except Managers (Hindi). The exam pattern of Phase I is given below. The exam is conducted in a bilingual language except for the English section. There will be a negative marking 1/4 mark will be deducted from every wrong answer.

8. FCI Manager Selection Procedure
The selection process for FCI managers in 2023 consists of online tests, interviews and training. The selection process may vary and depends on the department of the FCI Manager.

Different stages of the selection process are given below.
Stage 1: Online examination: It consists of two Phrases. Phase-I, and Phase-II. The online exam is conducted in a bilingual language.
- Phase I is conducted for all departments i.e. Manager (General /Depot /Movement /Accounts /Technical /Civil Engineering/Electrical Mechanical Engineering) except Manager (Hindi). Phase-I online exam contains 100 questions for 1 hour duration. It also contains negative markings.
- Phase II is conducted for the Manager (General /Depot /Movement /Accounts /Technical /Civil Engineering/Electrical Mechanical Engineering and Hindi) departments. Phase II contains four papers i.e. Paper-I, Paper-II, Paper-III, and Paper-IV. The exam overview of Phase II is given below.

Stage 2: Interview and Document Verification: An interview will be conducted with the shortlisted candidates. There will be minimum qualifying marks for the interview process. A minimum of 50% marks for UR/ EWS candidates and a minimum of 45% marks for SC/ST/ OBC/PWD candidates is required to qualify for the interview process.
Stage 3: Training: The selected candidates are called for the training process. 6 months of training will be given to the selected candidates as management training and then the final posting will be given to the candidates as a manager in their respective departments.

12. FCI Manager2023 Salary Structure
The final shortlisted candidates are called for a training process for 6 months. The selected candidates are appointed as Management Trainees. During the training period, the employees are given stipends of 40,000/- per month. After the successful completion of training the employees are selected as a manager for various departments. The salary after the training period for FCI Managers is 40,000/- to 140,000/- per month.
