Life Insurance Corporation of India has released the Final results for the Assistant Administrative Officer (AAO) on 1st September 2023. LIC AAO 2023 selection process consists of three stages i.e. Prelims, Mains and Interview. The final results will be after the interview. Life Insurance Corporation recruitment board of India has released a notification for the post of Assistant Administrator Officer (AAO) generalist for the year 2023. In total, there are 300 Vacancies in the LIC AAO notification. 2. About LIC AAO 2023 Exam

The exam pattern for LIC AAO 2023 notification is a computer-Based/Online test and it has 3 phases. They are a preliminary exam, Mains exams and an Interview followed by a Pre-recruitment medical examination. LIC AAO  2023 exams are conducted in two languages: English and Hindi in the CBT method.

• For the Objective test there will be a penalty for every wrong answer marked. For each wrong answer, 1/4th of the marks will be deducted, from the arrived correct score.
• It is mandatory to pass each paper and also obtain minimum aggregate marks in all the papers.

Phase – III 

There will be an interview based on the merit list of the LIC AAO mains exam and followed by a Pre-requirement medical examination. The appointment letters will be offered if found medically fit.

2. Click on “Careers”, Then the page is redirected to the online registration form for Recruitment of AAO (Generalist) 2023.
3. Click on the new registration tab, to register a new application.
4. Start entering the details like student name, contact number, and Email ID
5. After submitting details, a provisional registration number with a password will be sent to the registered email ID.
6. Students can log in with the given details and can start filling out the application form and uploading all the documents.
7. The final step is application fee, proceed towards the payment gateway and submit the application form.
8. Students are advised to take a printout of the application form.

8. LIC AAO Selection Procedure

As already mentioned, the selection process for  LIC Assistant Administration Officers 2023  is of three phases. Preliminary exam, Main Examination, and interview process which is followed by Medical Examination. The final merit list of the students for recruitment is based on the marks obtained in the main examination and interview process( Final round ).

Phase-I: Preliminary Examination – Students are required to appear for the online examination which is conducted in online CBT form and will be of objective type exam.

Phase -II: Mains Examination – In mains, students have to answer both objectives and subjective question paper which is also conducted in online mode.

Phase – III: Interview –  The qualified students of the main exams are called to third and the final phase of the examination. The maximum mark for the interview round is 60. Aspirants are required to qualify for the interview round to get the job offer in LIC AAO. The LIC recruitment board will release a merit list, and based on the cut-off mark a final list of candidates is prepared.

12. LIC AAO 2023 Salary Structure

The LIC AAO 2023 Salary structure has been revised. The initial basic salary of LIC AAO officers is Rs 53600 per month. Wherein the pay structure of the LIC AAO job role will have 4  advance increments in salary structure ie Rs. 53600- 2645(14) –90630– 2865(4) –102090.

Let us understand this in more detail. The basic pay is Rs 53,600  but with an increment for the next 14 years of  Rs 2645. Which is followed by a basic of Rs 90630 and an annual increment of Rs 2865 for the next four years. In total, the maximum pay for LIC AAO officers is Rs 1,02,090.

15. LIC AAO Preparation Tips 2023

Aspirants preparing for the LIC AAO exam should have a focused study plan. Students should work very hard to get qualified in all the stages. It is essential to understand certain points before starting the preparation.

• Set a Particular Time Table–  Before starting your preparation set a particular time. Make sure to divide your syllabus according to time and focus on every subject.

19. LIC AAO Mains 2023 Result

LIC AAO  ( generalist ) post mains examination 2023  was successfully held on 18th March 2023. Around 7754 students appeared for the LIC AAO Mains exams. The Results of LIC AAO Mains 2023  were declared on 8th May 2023 on the official website of LIC. Candidates can find the results in PDF form.

20. LIC AAO Interview Process

After the Prelims and Mains examination students are qualified for the interview Process.
