The selection process of PNB SO ( Scale- 1) Credit officer and IT Officer is conducted by the requirement board of Punjab National Bank. There are preliminary exams and interview rounds for the 2023 PNB SO notification. In detail, there are two Scenarios to get selected for PNB SO (Scale -1) 2023 Exam notification.
Scenario I: Preliminary Exams and Interview Round
- There will be a written/online test for the interested aspirants who applied for the PNB SO online exam.
- Students who qualified in the online exam will be called for the interview round.
- The Interview round is conducted for 50 Marks.
- Whereas the minimum qualification mark for the PNB SO interview round is 45 %. i.e. 22.50 marks for SC/ST Candidates and 50% which is 25 marks for Other Candidates.
- Final call letters will be allotted to the selected students.
Scenario II: Shortlist students after the interview
- Students are selected based on the documents and eligibility criteria that are submitted.
- Then a personal interview will be conducted for 50 marks.
- Where the minimum marks to qualify are 45% i.e. 22.50 for SC/ST candidates & 50% i.e. 25% for other candidates.
- Therefore, the candidates who qualified in the interview shall be shortlisted through merit or directly with interview marks for subsequent post appointment.
