IBPS PO 2023-2024 Final results out
The IBPS PO Interview was conducted in February 2024 to evaluate the eligibility of banking candidates for the 3049 Probationary Officer positions. On April 1st, 2024, the Final Result for IBPS PO 2023 was announced. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has announced the Final Result for the candidates who participated in group deliberation for the IBPS PO 2023-24 examination. To be considered for final shortlisting, each candidate must achieve a minimum score. The procedure of selecting eligible candidates will involve three stages: Preliminary, Main, and Interview Rounds. Candidates who have completed all three phases will now be invited to join Public Sector Banks in India for the position of Probationary Officer. 1. IBPS PO 2023 Notification
IBPS PO 2023 notification was released on 31st July 2023. IBPS PO 2023 Notification is released by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) to select candidates for Probationary Officer(PO) posts in 11 public sector banks through Common Recruitment Process (CRP). IBPS PO exam has been conducted since 2011 for 13 consecutive years. The IBPS will release the vacancies into different categories and reservations will be given for persons who are having benchmark disabilities. 2. About IBPS PO 2023 Exam
IBPS PO 2023 Prelims exam is expected to be conducted on September/October 2023 and Mains exam is expected to be conducted on November 2023. The official notification was released on 31st July August 2023. IBPS PO 2023 Exam is conducted through three stages i.e. Prelims, Mains and a face-to-face interview Thus a total of three stages:

IBPS PO 2023 Prelims
IBPS PO 2023 Prelims exam is conducted for all applicants who have applied for the IBPS PO . After qualifying in the Prelims exam candidates are eligible to attend the next stage of the examination. The exam is conducted in both English and Hindi. The applicants are allowed to choose their language at their convenience. There will be a sectional cutoff and an overall cutoff for the IBPS PO Prelims exam.

IBPS PO 2023 Mains
IBPS PO 2023 Mains Exam is only conducted for those students who are qualified in the IBPS PO 2023 Prelims exam. IBPS PO 2023 Mains exam contains two papers which are an objective paper and a descriptive paper. The objective paper contains 4 different subjects which are mentioned below and the objective paper is conducted in both Hindi and English language. The descriptive paper is conducted in the English language only.

IBPS PO 2023 Interview
IBPS PO 2023 interview is conducted only for students qualified for IBPS PO 2023 Mains exam. All the candidates that acquired the minimum cutoff score are shortlisted and called for a face-to-face interview. The interview is conducted by the participating banks with the help of IBPS.
The interview is conducted for 100 marks and the minimum qualifying mark for the interview is UR- 40%, (SC, ST, OBC, PWBD- 30%). The ratio of mains and interview will be 8:2 which means more weightage will be given to the mains exam.
The interview venue, date, and time will be mentioned to the eligible candidates only via mail through a call letter. During the interview, applicants are tested for banking and general awareness, communication skills, and certificate verification. A candidate should reach the examination centre 1 hour prior to the scheduled interview slot so that the candidate can adjust with the interview environment.

5. IBPS PO 2023 Online Application & Fee
IBPS PO 2023 online notification is released on 31st July. Applicants can only register through the link provided on the IBPS official website.
As per the IBPS guidelines, all registered candidates are required to pay an application fee for giving the exam. The exam fees must be paid online. The application fees for different categories are given below.

The online application process must contain the below steps.
- A candidate must visit the official website of IBPS https://www.ibps.in/
- Before applying online a candidate must scan their photograph, signature, left thumb, and handwritten declaration.
- Then candidates must click on new registration to fill out the application form and upload the scanned photograph, signature, left thumb, and declaration with a digital signature.
- After filling out the application form the candidates are directed to the payment gateway. The candidate must make payment through online mode.
- After payment a candidate must download the application for future reference.
6. IBPS PO 2023 Eligibility Criteria

IBPS PO 2023 Educational Qualification
Graduation or a bachelor’s degree from any university recognized under the government of India. Any equivalent qualification recognized by the central government. Applicants must be in possession of a valid marks sheet and graduation certificate by the time of registration.
IBPS PO 2023 Age Limit
The candidate’s age limit must be
Minimum = 20 years
and Maximum = 30 years
If the age of the candidate is more than 30 years then age relaxation will be given for eligible candidates only. The age relaxation will be applicable to different categories which are mentioned below.

IBPS PO 2023 Nationality criteria.
A candidate must either be –
- A candidate must be an Indian citizen.
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan.
- A candidate who is a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 for permanent settlement in India.
- A candidate who has Indian origin but migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, the east African countries of Kenya, the united republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Zaire, Malawi, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanent settlement in India, Uganda.
Note: CREDIT HISTORY : The candidate applying must have a good credit history and a CIBIL score of 650 or higher at the time of joining one of the participating banks.
The minimum credit score will be determined by the policies of participating banks, which may be altered from time to time.
NOTE: Candidates who do not have a bank account will not be required to provide their CIBIL status.The CIBIL Score requirement is not necessary for applying.

8. IBPS PO Selection Procedure
Aspirants preparing for the IBPS PO 2023 exam should first register in the IBPS portal on the official website. During registration on the IBPS website, applicants are asked for personal details. The selection procedure of IBPS PO 2023 contains 3 different stages which are mentioned below,
- Prelims exam: It contains three subjects or sections for 100 marks for 1 hour. There will be a penalty for wrong answers 0.24 mark will be deducted for a wrong. answers. IBPS PO prelims contain sectional cutoff and overall cutoff.
- Mains Exam: It contains Objective and descriptive papers. The objective paper contains four subjects: Reasoning, English, Data interpretation, General banking, and economy. The objective test contains 200 marks for 3 hours. The descriptive paper contains letter and essay writing for 25 marks for 35 minutes.
- The interview: The interview is for 100 marks. The ratio of the main exam and interview will be 8:2.

11. IBPS PO Cut-Off: Previous Year’s Cut-off Marks
IBPS PO cut-off is released along with the scorecard every year on the IBPS website. Cutoff changes every year to some extent based on the vacancies, the total number of candidates applied, and many other factors.
The total marks allotted for Interviews are 100. For the interview, candidates must receive at least 40% of the marks (or 35% for those who are SC, ST, OBC, or PWDBD). The weighted ratio for the interview and online main exam will be 80:20, respectively.

13. IBPS PO Salary Deduction
The initial basic pay of a PO is Rs. 36,000 as per the revision made. The IBPS PO Salary has many allowances and benefits. In addition to them, some salary deductions are made up to Rs. 4,659.32 from the total salary for Tax and NPS.
