NABARD Grade-A 2023 Mains exam dates were released. The Mains exam was conducted on 19th November 2023.  The National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development (NABARD) has released 150 openings for Assistant Managers in Grade “A” across various disciplines for the year 2023.

1. NABARD Grade-A 2023 Notification

NABARD Grade-A 2023 notification was released on 2nd September with 150 vacancies. NABARD stands for National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. NABARD is part of the Apex organisation which was completely governed by the government of India. The headquarters of NABARD is situated in Mumbai. NABARD conducts Group-A exams every year to recruit candidates for Assistant managers at various levels. The selection process for NABARD Grade-A consists of Prelims, Mains, and Interviews.   • A candidate must visit the official website of NABARD https://www.nabard.org/ and click on the apply button.
  • For registration click “ New Registration” and enter your name, contact details, email ID, etc. A provisional registration ID and password will be generated. 
  • A candidate must carefully fill out the application form and upload all the necessary documents like Hand written declaration, Signature, thumb, and photographs. Click the submit button. 
  • Click on the payment button and make a payment.

The eligibility criteria for NABARD Grade-A 2023 depend on the educational qualification, Age limit, and minimum experience of a candidate.  

6.1 Educational qualification

8. NABARD Grade-A Selection Procedure

The selection procedure of NABARD Grade-A 2023 contains three stages i.e. Prelims, Mains, and Interviews.

  1. Preliminary examination: The preliminary exam is conducted for 200 marks for 2 hours duration. 1/4  mark is deducted for every wrong answer.  The qualifying sections under the preliminary exam are Reasoning, Decision Making, Computer Knowledge, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude. And merit sections are General Awareness, Eco & Soc. Issues, Agriculture & Rural Development with Emphasis on Rural India. The preliminary exam is qualifying in nature.  
  2. Mains Examination: The shortlisted candidates are called for the mains exam. It contains 39 questions for 3 hours and 30 minutes. A 1/4 mark is deducted for a wrong answer. Mains exam is conducted for Generalist, Specialist, and Rajbhasha posts.
  3. Interview: The interview is conducted for 50 marks. The qualifying ratio for mains and interview is 1:25 and 1:3 respectively. The estimated ratio for mains and interviews can be reduced or increased by the bank as per requirement.
