SBI PO 2023 Interview Call Letter Out
SBI has released the PO Interview Call Letters of SBI PO 2023 notification. After the release of the SBI PO 2023 Main results candidates will now receive the call letters directly from the SBI Board. Candidates for the post of probationary officer (PO) in various branches of the State Bank of India (SBI) are recruited through SBI PO exams conducted annually by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). 2. SBI PO 2023 Exam
SBI PO 2023 Exam is conducted to select probationary officers (PO) for SBI. In terms of cadre, this post is in between SBI Clerk and SBI Officer, with SBI Clerk being the lowest cadre job in SBI. SBI PO has a pay range of Rs. 41,960/- per month with extra amenities provided by SBI. Officers get a salary with four advance increments in the following pay ranges 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840.

8. SBI PO Selection Procedure
SBI PO selection is done in multiple phases with both told and untold rules. After SBI PO 2023 Notification is released, aspirants must register in https://www.sbi.co.in/careers with their credentials .They must fill out the SBI PO 2023 Application online with up-to-date details of their educational qualification, signature and photo, Age, and others mentioned in the application carefully. If any of the information supplied during the registration process were not correct, even if you passed all the relevant phases in the selection you will be strictly investigated and may be disqualified for discrepancies.After filling out the SBI PO 2023 Application and going through the payment procedure, the applicant must wait for the confirmation mail to download their admit card for SBI PO 2023 exam with exam hall details. SBI PO 2023 has 3 selection stages which are mentioned below.
STAGE -I Prelims
The Prelims exam is common for every applicant and the score is given for 100 questions and 100 marks in the given 60 minutes. The candidates who are qualified in the prelims Exam as per the requirements are eligible to write the mains exam.
STAGE – 2 MAINS
Applicants that score well and pass all sectional cutoffs are eligible for SBI PO 2023 Mains. These candidates are shortlisted and intimated via email the date of the SBI PO 2023 Mains exam and to download the SBI PO Mains Admit card from sbi.co.in website. SBI PO 2023 Mains exam also has its sectional cutoff, qualified candidates are directly called for an interview and group activity.
STAGE-3 INTERVIEW
Call letter for Interview of SBI PO Mains is sent to qualified candidates by mail. Group activity is conducted depending on the final number of candidates . To eliminate the excess participants a pre-final round and a final interview is conducted to select the final candidates for the SBI PO vacancies. During the interview process certificate verification will be done.
After the interview round, a background check is conducted for all the selected candidates to validate all the information provided in the application and the certificates submitted in the interview. If any discrepancies or malpractices are discovered in these checks, those candidates are disqualified.

11. SBI PO Cut Off: Expected & Previous Years Cut-off Marks
SBI PO 2023 Cut-off marks vary from year to year appropriately depending on the available number of vacancies, the total number of candidates qualified for the final interview round, and many factors internal to the banking sector. SBI PO 2023 Cut off marks are not finalized till the final results are released by IBPS. Any such, released before IBPS are just values extrapolated from the previous year’s results.

SBI PO 2023 Admit card & Call letter are issued for three things: preliminary exam, Mains, and Interview/ group activity.

20. SBI PO Interview Process
SBI PO Interview is conducted in two stages. They are a group activity and a Personal Interview. A call letter for the SBI PO Mains qualified students is sent through the mail with Interview hall details, date and time.
The first group activity is an interactive session emphasizing on social skills and soft skills of the candidates since the banking sector is a field majorly concerned with the services industry. In this round applicants are rated for interpersonal skills and basic knowledge of banking awareness.
Once the participants cleared the group activity stage, they qualified for the Interview round. Here participants are tested on banking awareness, banking activities in day-to-day life, and so on. Interviewed candidates are also asked to submit their respective certificates mentioned in the SBI PO Application for verification. If no discrepancies or malpractices are apparent in the submitted documents, they are asked to wait for further intimation via phone or email with the joining letter.

1. What is the best way to prepare for the SBI PO Exam?
Ans. SBI PO syllabus can be divided into two types: static and dynamic. The static syllabus consists of topics that are repeated every year and the dynamic syllabus is those topics that are changed frequently like current affairs, dynamic GK, new banking policies, etc. At least two to three months before the exam, you have to complete all of your preparation in the Static syllabus and revise the same in those months. As for the dynamic syllabus, be as thorough as possible in all the news that is trendy from 6 to 8 months before the exam date, the newer the better, always be on your toes for the latest changes and be up to date till the exam date. Refer to section 16 for more details.

Ans. The basic pay of SBI PO is 41,960/-.
3. Is there any negative marking in the SBI PO exam?
Ans. Yes, there negative marking in both the phases preliminary and mains exam. 1/4 or 0.25 marks will be deducted from every wrong answer.
